As an intuitive eating counsellor, I’m all about equipping parents to raise peaceful, intuitive eaters with a balanced approach to food. I support families in nurturing healthy food relationships and addressing various eating concerns, such as fussy eating, sweet food preoccupations and emotional eating. Through tailored strategies, I help parents create stress-free mealtimes that encourage open communication, collaboration, and exploration of food. I empower families to cultivate a nurturing environment that promotes a lifelong peaceful food relationship.
As a body image coach, I work alongside parents in promoting body positive homes, and teach strategies to model body acceptance and confidence. I help parents to navigate ways to improve their child’s poor body image, and provide personalised support, education, cognitive behavioural therapy practices, and goal setting strategies.
This stuff is my jam, and I can equip you to provide your child with the help they need to move forward in their food or body image relationship.
